গোপনীয়তা
এই পাতায় সহজ ভাষায় বলা আছে abhyian.com কোন তথ্য ব্যবহার করে, কেন করে, আর আপনি কীভাবে তা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন। গল্প পড়ার জন্য কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হয় না, নাম বা ফোন নম্বরও দিতে হয় না।
আপনার ফোনে যা থাকে
পড়ার রং, অক্ষরের মাপ, আর কোন গল্পের কোন অধ্যায়ে কোথায় থেমেছিলেন, এগুলো আপনার ব্রাউজারের নিজস্ব জায়গায় (localStorage) রাখা হয়, শুধু এই ডিভাইসে। যে পাতাগুলো আপনি খোলেন, সেগুলোর একটি কপিও ব্রাউজার রেখে দেয়, যাতে ইন্টারনেট ছাড়াও আবার পড়া যায়। এগুলো আমাদের কাছে পাঠানো হয় না। ব্রাউজারের সাইট-ডেটা মুছে দিলে এগুলোও মুছে যাবে।
পাঠক-পরিসংখ্যান (Google Analytics)
কতজন পড়ছেন, কোন অধ্যায় বেশি পড়া হচ্ছে, পাঠকেরা কোথা থেকে আসছেন, এসব বোঝার জন্য এই সাইটে Google Analytics ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। এটি কুকি ও এ-জাতীয় প্রযুক্তির মাধ্যমে আপনি কোন পাতা দেখেছেন, কতক্ষণ ছিলেন, কোন ডিভাইস ও ব্রাউজার ব্যবহার করছেন, আর IP ঠিকানা থেকে আনুমানিক এলাকার মতো তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে। এই তথ্য Google প্রক্রিয়া করে; আমরা শুধু সামগ্রিক পরিসংখ্যান দেখি, আলাদা করে কোনো পাঠককে চিনি না।

কুকি
কুকি হলো ছোট ফাইল, যা কোনো ওয়েবসাইট আপনার ব্রাউজারে রেখে দেয়। ওপরের পরিসংখ্যানের জন্য Google Analytics-এর কুকি ব্যবহার হতে পারে। ব্রাউজারের সেটিংস থেকে কুকি বন্ধ বা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন; তাতে গল্প পড়ায় কোনো সমস্যা হবে না।
সাইট চালানো
সাইটটি Cloudflare-এ রাখা আছে। যেকোনো ওয়েবসাইটের মতোই, পাতা আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে দিতে ও সাইটকে নিরাপদ রাখতে Cloudflare আপনার IP ঠিকানার মতো সাধারণ প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য নিজেদের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়া করে।
শেয়ার ও আলোচনা
ফেসবুক বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে শেয়ারের লিংক সাধারণ লিংক মাত্র। আপনি চাপ দিলে তবেই সেখানে যাবেন, আর তখন তাদের নিজস্ব নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে।
চিঠি
hello@abhyian.com ঠিকানায় লিখলে আপনার ইমেইল ঠিকানা শুধু উত্তর দেওয়ার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়, অন্য কারও সঙ্গে ভাগ করা হয় না।
শিশুদের তথ্য
এই সাইট ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য তৈরি নয়, এবং জেনেশুনে তাদের কোনো তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা হয় না।

This page explains, in plain language, what information abhyian.com uses, why, and how you can control it. You do not need an account, a name, or a phone number to read.
On your device. Your reading theme, text size, and the place where you stopped reading are kept in your browser's localStorage on this device only. Your browser also keeps a copy of the pages you open, so you can read them again without a connection. None of this is sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
Analytics. This site may use Google Analytics to understand how many people read, which chapters are read most, and where readers come from. Using cookies and similar technologies, it collects information such as pages viewed, time spent, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this information; we see only aggregate statistics. Seehow Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies for the statistics above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; reading will still work.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure, under its own policies.
Sharing. Facebook and WhatsApp share links are ordinary links. You only reach those services if you choose to follow them, and their policies then apply.
Email. If you write to hello@abhyian.com, your address is used only to reply and is not shared.
Children. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes. If this policy changes, this page will say so and the date below will be updated.
